Tomando en consideración que no estamos en el Perú y la limitada variedad de ingredientes disponibles, los sabores, calidad y atención son muy buenos. Si queremos 100% auténtico tenemos que ir a Perú. Un poco de empatía lleva muy lejos.
La comida y el ambiente super bueno, la comida espectacular, al pollo a la brasa le falta que sea a la brasa y el ceviche si más que verídico

Tayta Peruvian Restaurant serves great Peruvian food. The service is superb and the food is lovely and authentic. The Lomo Saltado and Pollo a la Brasa are flavorful, served in large portions, and come with delicious homemade sauces. The food is fresh, well seasoned, and made with care. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but it is located in a Food Hall, which may not be to everyone's taste. The portions are nicely sized and the food is delicious. The chupe de camarones is exceptional. Overall, Tayta Peruvian Restaurant is highly recommended for its great food and warm hospitality.
