“I arranged with Ruthie's Food Trucks to provide lunch for my Charity Pickleball Tournament this past Saturday 4/27! They served 134 players plus staff and volunteers for our event @ Courts of McKinney and everyone raved about the food!! The service and staff were courteous, friendly, and true professionals. The owner called me on Monday just to make sure all went well and I told her not only yes, but we would be using them at our same event next year. “It's the best Cuban food I've ever had, without a doubt. The seasoning is exquisite. If you try it, you'll have to order Ropa Vieja, which is the best option with a good passion fruit juice, that's the perfect combo. The churros are highly recommended they are also well-filled with cajeta.“

“Southern Gourmet Kitchen in Dallas, Texas, was the perfect spot to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. A time was most definitely had. Huge thanks to Aunt Janice and Uncle Marvin for the invite and showing us a marvelous time. From the moment you step in, the hospitality is exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond. The food, bursting with Southern flavors, is a standout—everything on the menu hits. Shoutout to Chief G, she the truth. The entire team, from the Owner Mrs Sparkel ,the hosts, bartenders to the busboys, they truly understand the assignment. DJ Chas adds a vibrant touch to the atmosphere, creating a memorable, grown folks vibe. “This place is the cutest and most relaxing little getaway, tucked right in the heart of all the action. The vibe is truly unique charming, peaceful, and full of character. We rode the complimentary bikes to explore Las Colinas, grabbed amazing coffee from the on-site coffee house, and enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant. One of our favorite parts was playing cornhole in the courtyard such a fun touch! Our patio led straight out to that shared space, which made it feel cozy and connected. Every detail felt intentional, and the ambience really set the tone for a memorable stay. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We genuinely loved everything about our time here. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something that feels both laid-back and full of charm!“

“We came in minutes before closing and Tony/Troy/Luke (a man of many names) was so helpful. I was having a really bad day, I got a ticket from an evil cop and then spent an hour on the wordle. Tony/Troy/Luke’s great attitude and customer service lifted my spirits and the açaí bowls were amazing. All of these Karens that are out here hating and that cop should have a really bad life!!!!“

“Stumbled upon them at The Rail-yard in Frisco. Ordered the Jerk Nachos- utterly amazing!!!! I missed the Jerk tacos (bottom of the menu), but upon someone’s recommendation, I ordered and took home. Seriously, the best tacos I’ve ever had! Do NOT miss ordering these tacos! Food is amazing and service was quick and very friendly. I will seek them out for my “taco & nacho fix”. I was told the jerk wings are amazing, so adding that to my next order. Just great food from really nice people.“
