“Went to Tyler for a little trip with the kids, zoo, indoor water park, discovery museum, all the things. So I ordered coffee each day we were there and this place was my absolute favorite! Thankfully I don’t live near by or I’d be going daily 😂😂 The staff were so nice and helpful also.“

“Best cuban sandwich I've had in East Texas, and we can't wait to come try some other sandwiches as well. I will say that it is not an authentic Cuban sandwich, but it is still done well for East Texas. They also have a nice tea/coffee selection. I recommend Texas Black Tea so far. They have a lot of games (if you are into that), and you can bring games.

“We stopped in for a pop up for some sourdough bread and got a coffee while there. I’ve hade espresso coffees but the (sweet home Alabama) pretty sure that’s the name and it was amazing. Perfect blend of espresso and sweetness. Neither over powered the other. My new favorite coffee. if you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend.“

One time, I ordered the wrong drink in the drive-thru and didn't realize it until after the order was placed, and they happily made the drink I meant to order without question or hesitation. I didn't ask them to make it, they just did it on their own. Always excellent service.The drive thru line can get backed-up during busy hours.“

“My parents love this location, they have been regulars for the longest time. Everyone is always so kind and friendly. However, recently a new hire must have come through. We haven't asked for his name, but he always seems to be in a bad mood. Slams the drive through window, has a sassy tone, doesn't seem genuine at all and just makes it seem like the customers are taking up his time, even though this is his job and what he signed up for. I'm honestly disappointed, because we love going to this location but my parents have stayed away since their experience with this barista. I believe he was transferred from 64 Starbucks.“

We devoured it in less than 3 days—our friends loved it as well! Go try it for yourself and grab something to take home from the cooler.“

“I have all around the world and all across the United States many times and this is the first Starbucks I have ever been to that had small activities for children and showed how family friendly they are. They had mini bubbles and my two boys loved it while we waited for our order. The staff were so friendly as well and the atmosphere was very welcoming.“
