Subway provides a mixed experience. While the crew members are friendly, polite, and helpful, there have been issues with order management. One customer experienced a delay in preparing their order, initiated through the app, and was left sitting for hours. However, the crew handled the situation well and prepared a fresh order. The store is generally clean, and employees are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Recently, during a busy time with a line of customers, two young gentlemen impressed many with their fast and courteous service. Even while training a new employee, they maintained a steady pace and ensured customers received their food promptly. Despite some challenges, including dealing with disruptive behavior from a delivery person, the staff managed the situation wonderfully and checked on customers, showing their commitment to a positive dining experience.
