Whataburger should be completely ashamed with themselves right now. Temperatures are now at Record highs above 105 And Store 596 of a 1604 West in San Antonio hasn’t had AC since May and we’re only supplied with portable units. The store is completely unbearable, but I commend the staff that was working diligently to prepare food in this building come on Whataburger these are your employees that give many hours to you. They should at least work in bearable work conditions....read full review
Great food and service overall You can tell they really put in the effort to make sure everything is done right!
Fries were hot and good, so was the burger. They were understaffed and still made it worth it.

Whataburger is a nice fast food place to try when traveling. Although some customers have experienced long wait times in the drive-thru, the staff has been known to efficiently handle large crowds and get orders out quickly and correctly. The food is typically par for the course with Whataburger locations, not perfect but a cut above most fast food. What sets this location apart is the friendly and attentive service from the crew, who go above and beyond to provide a positive experience for customers.
