After researching ~100 restaurants for a valentine’s date night, decided on Thai Ruby:-Authentic ambience/decor transports you instantly to exotic Thailand-Food excellent taste and plating. Portions large (plates themselves larger than standard size).-Owner + waiter visited several times each. Very helpful. I've had better Thai food elsewhere, but this place is very solid and consistent.Vegetarian options: Most of the dishes are available with choice of meats or vegetarian option.

Food taste good, atmosphere was nice. BUT, rice was terrible. It's not Jasmine rice as stated on the menu, and cooked bad. An Asian restaurant serving poorly cooked rice was just very sad. Everything else was very good.
