Fast, Friendly, and Accurate service
Today is indeed my last day ordering at Taco Bell as a whole.
- This new Taco Bell App update is the WORST.
- Ordered today at 1158AM, waited at the store til 1232pm. Nothing was made.
-I ordered online and had a drive thru, I wanted the ice cream so went inside and ordered ice cream. To which they said it was sold out. I got refunded and stated hey I have a order as well can i switch it to in store, they said yes.

The service was slow even though no one was in the drive-thru or inside. Basic instructions like removing sour cream weren't followed, the burritos were burnt, and the food tasted off. Over the years of going to Taco Bell, I think this was some of the worst tasting I've ever had. Taco Bell is usually consistent, but something about this one is ‘off’.
