The Lunch Table

Everyone is so friendly and the food is delicious. I was on my way home when I spotted the restaurant and decided to stop in for lunch. Upon entering I was instantly greeted and shown to a table. This place is a hidden gem in Forney. I stopped in for the first time today and I really loved my meal. I had the grown up grilled cheese sandwich that I added some spiral cut ham to. It was really amazing. The bread really took it up a notch with toasted sesame seeds on the outer face. The crisps and dill dip were also great and the fruit cup was all fresh fruit. I went and tried this local place this week and had the chicken club wrap with a pesto mayonnaise. The wrap was toasted which is a plus. It came with a side of fresh fruit which is always good and I had their chicken and vegetable soup. The soup could have used a touch more seasoning, but was still good. It was easy to order and go pick it up. I will be back to try other options.
