“I went to CiCi’s Pizza today at around 2:30 p.m. to get my hearty helpings of pizza pies from the buffet. To my good fortune, I arrived just in time for happy hour, when the buffet cost only $4.99. Man, I haven’t seen prices like that since 1999! The person at the register, a young lady named Nancy, provided excellent customer service and truly deserves recognition. She told us about all the specials and the options available during happy hour, including the chance to create our own personal pizza. I appreciated that she took the time to explain everything so thoroughly. The buffet was great, and the customer service was impeccable from every employee managing the operations of the pizza buffet. I also want to note that Miss Nancy did a spectacular job.“

“What a gem in downtown! Stopped in for lunch, as they are open from 11-3 M-Thurs. Longer hrs. F-S. The atmosphere is nice, and the food is great, with ample portions! We had the Antipasto Salad, House Special Pizza, and Pastrami Sandwich. Brendan was very friendly and helpful!“

“Hadn't been to this location in quite a while and on 02/28/2025 the night shift around 7:30 p.m. had to have been the best staff around. As a GM the cleanliness, attention, detailing and customer service had to be the best around El Paso. Thank you guys for the amazing service“

“We were sat immediately. Our waitress, Katie, gave excellent service. Prices were very reasonable. Food was absolutely delicious! We had Chorizo Queso Dip, Poblano Spinach Dip, Green Chili Burger, Spicy Habanero Burger, and Bacon Guacamole Burger, all with fire fries. Everything was served hot and fresh. Samantha Pedroza, manager, checked on our table. I had previously met with her regarding holding an event at the restaurant. She was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Based on our initial meeting, I knew I had to dine here and I was not disappointed! Liz Chavez also checked to see how are dining experience went. She was also very nice and professional. This will be one of my go to restaurants!“

“The dude at the register was chill. He said I was going to like it and I did. The pizza is better than any place I’ve had in the North East. Speedy’s and Pizza Pros are two of the top contenders in the area. I’d go back again for sure and it’s pretty affordable.“

“Ordered to go-2 XL pizzas, 24 pack wings, cheesy bread, cinnamon pastry desert for $86. Everything was hot and fresh but for me there was no feelings of “Oh my God this is the best pizza ever”
The cost-to-quality/affordability ratio was an issue. I feel $18 to $21 per pizza is too much for me. Thank you, Rob:)“

“WOW! My husband asked if I wanted to go out for lunch and I spotted Coco.miel on Google. They had such a variety on the menu that I knew we could both find something we'd like.
I got the weekday 3 item lunch special: a cream of chile soup and 2 slices of Mexican Meat pizza. My husband got a Reuben sandwich a and a side of papas con chorizo.
The food was so delicious, we shared EVERYTHING. The soup was a meal in itself and the pizza slices were HUGE. Our server warned me that they were big, she wasn't kidding! The Reuben sandwich was absolutely delicious. I never liked sauerkraut and he never tried it before. It was amazing. The papas were perfect.
The server was attentive and helpful. The atmosphere was small and intimate. They also had patio seating.
We plan to return often.“

“Brandon working the front desk was so kind, patient, and helpful! The pizza was actually pretty good (2 large pepperonis). The only negative was quite a few of the games were broken, so it left few games for the amount of people visiting. This location is also smaller than other CECs we’ve been to in other cities, but it was still a very pleasant experience.“

He was extremely friendly and just made the whole experience even better. My husband and I over heard him talking to other guest and was just as kind. “This spot is genuinely a hidden gem for pizza lovers! The Joanna and the Woody are absolute masterpieces—they are always our essential go-to orders. Beyond the fantastic food, the atmosphere is superb; being surrounded by the extensive wine bottle selection and unique decorations creates such a warm and inviting Italian ambiance. Plus, the staff is consistently friendly and incredibly attentive/punctual. Highly recommend!“

“The food was amazing as usual!! Our bus boy was a better server than our actual server, which is why I rated the service only 3 stars.the server had the personality and friendliness of a wet mop. One of our pizzas was brought to our table cold. But the bus boy was fabulous, very attentive, you could tell he was a hard worker. My husband tipped him for his efforts but not the server. Her efforts were minimal at best.“

“I consistently dine at this establishment for my midday meal and have always been impressed by the exceptional service provided. The staff consistently offers me a variety of options, with the most popular being the stromboli and pizza combination. While the prices may be slightly higher than average, I believe the quantity of food provided justifies the cost. Additionally, they offer fresh pizza daily. I highly recommend this location. Today, I was courteously served by Cecy, Jacky, and Ashley.“

“Mostly come to the pick up window to get my order outside the shopette on night hours. Rarely order inside since I don’t come to the shopette on duty hours. So far I just order from the dominos app and pickup my order from outside and outta 25 times I’ve order still no problems. The quality of the food after ordering is fresh as is.“
