Walked in to the Caboose to be greeted by Jon the owner super friendly and was so helpful in helping me choose a dairy free option. My hubby had the 1 scoop Sunday the scoops are HUGE and all bluebell flavors. I had the shaved ice piña colada ? So good! I even got my pups 2 cones with whipped cream. We sat on the patio and chatted with some new friends. Great service and great place to stop for ice cream with the whole family.
So good with giant portions of ice cream! I was going to get two scoops but only got one after seeing how big the scoop was!Shaved ice was cool and refreshing! Husband said the peanut butter ice cream was awesome!Staff was very friendly!

Blue Bell ice cream served from inside an old train caboose. Waffle cones, regular cones, shakes and malts. Simple roadside stop. Nice little outdoor patio. I see some complaints about prices, I thought it was very reasonable. I had a 16 ounce chocolate malt for 6 bucks. Easily had 3 good Scoops in it. My teen daughters had waffle cones with two scoops and it was more than they could eat. For Blue Bell the price is fair and the space is fun. Choo-choo-choose it!
