If you're looking for an authentic West Texas Tex-Mex breakfast, Lupe's is absolutely worth the stop.
We stopped in for breakfast and left very impressed. I ordered the green chilaquiles, and they were outstanding. The salsa had just the right amount of flavor and brightness without overpowering the dish, and the refried beans were some of the best we've had. Creamy, rich, and clearly made with care.
