“The short: Fresh Sushi, Busy Vibe, Needs Better Service

The long: Tried Sushi Tao for the first time after seeing it on a gluten-free app. I can’t believe it’s been open 17 years and I never knew about it! The sushi was incredibly fresh, and my boyfriend loved the Cowboy Roll. The place was packed, so clearly a local favorite.

Service was the only downside. We had to ask multiple times for basics like chopsticks and soy sauce, and three different people tried to take our order. Staff seemed stretched thin. Also, while they do have gluten-free soy sauce, the servers weren’t very knowledgeable about GF options.

We’ll definitely be back for the sushi but hopefully they get more help soon!“

“This place is super clean, the cashier was attentive and very polite ( you don’t get people like that no more) also the general manager Mr Luis Cruz was professional and attentive. I could see the difference of other Pei Wei’s management. I saw Mr Cruz helping in the kitchen, front and on the floor. Thank you for the great service and flavorful 🍱 food“

“I don't live far from here! It's small and it's not a chain which I like. My fiancé and I eat here frequently when we are feeling lazy. The old lady at the counter always greets us with a smile and is so sweet Everytime we are in there. The food is yummy. The first time we ate there we were very surprised at how fresh the food was and ever since have loved going there. A+!“

The food is incredible and there is no msg added. The food is fresh and always prompt and hot. The menu is an extremely varied Asian dishes. It is a top choice in my book.“

It was the closest place from my wife’s work, Boba drinks were sealed like most places normally do. Staff was young but attentive and very friendly. The Boba, from what my kids said, was better than the other places they’ve been too. They had a blast playing some claw games while waiting for our drinks. “It was good....just ok... disappointed in the mgrs or owners never mingled with the customers...just sitting and playing on their phones...I was there for two hours and tried several dishes and items....get up and help your employees!....do something constructive to help... you're not on the throne...“

“Food is delicious, but they need to work at cleaning the tables more. We come back because the food is so good. But our daughter(3) sometimes eats off the table and she’ll get sick the next day. This has happened almost every time we’ve come here. Still will come to eat here, but with disinfectant wipes for the table🤣.“

I had the Mongolian Beef, it was wonderful with plenty of green and grilled white onions and absolutely none of the other veggies that some places add. The sauce was delightful, savory/sweet and rich. The steak was tender and delicious. Too much food for one meal but who complains about great leftovers? Hubby had his favorite, General Tso chicken. He loved it as well but was too busy munching to say much. His dish was also very generous, probably two leftover servings from each of us. We were celebrating so also order some appetizers. Crab Rangoon was perfectly crispy and tasty, Chicken sticks were amazing (I loved the marinade), and Fried wings were good too. I like wings a bit more well done (they were fully cooked and crispy) but I know that's an unusual taste. All in all, we'll order from this restaurant again.“

“Long time go-to favorite. This place has the best spring rolls around, I like the traditional order that comes with shrimp, pork, and peanut sauce. The food is always good whether you eat in person or get takeaway. Over the years I feel like I’ve tried everything on the menu & it’s all quite good!

Parking: Near the big Target, I believe it’s between the ice cream shop and GameStop. Plenty of parking in that area it’s a huge lot

Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu but in my experience the staff is also helpful if you ask for any dish with less spice“
