When it comes to not jus great food for a 1st time experience not all can go perfectly but when it come to mistakes whether if its us or them or misunderstandings u can count on the manager Kinta making everything right maybe not all the staff but you ask for kinta he'll make everything right! Came by around after lunch. This place is so good. The employees are helpful as well
I'm a trucker, and had Bojangles for the first time in Alabama, it was amazing. Bojangles is 10 times better then that crappie Popeyes.

Based on the reviews, Bojangles serves Southern-style fried chicken with a unique batter on their chicken tenders, which are hot, crispy, and packed with flavor. The seasoning is on point, and the food is made and served fresh. They have a ton of sauce options and serve breakfast all day. The restaurant is clean, sanitary, and well-managed, with air curtains and fly-control devices to prevent pests. The customer service is often friendly, welcoming, and professional, with staff showing class and friendliness. However, some reviews mention issues with service, such as running out of tenders, incorrect orders, and long waits in the drive-thru. Despite these problems, the food keeps customers coming back. The location in Burleson stood out for its refreshing professionalism. Overall, Bojangles offers excellent food, but the service can be inconsistent.
