This place used to be great. The quality has gone way down, as have the sizes of the chicken. The drum sticks I got in the three piece dark were the size of drumettes from buffalo wing places. I think they're using cornish hens to furnish their chicken now. I paid $15 for a 3 piece dark meal (dry chicken, sides were good) and still had to go through taco bell drive through for a soft drink because all they had was bottled drinks at their establishment. For the price, the quality really should be better and they should offer soft drinks. I'll just eat at the hospital next time.

I didn't know that there were any Boston Markets left in the area,so was happy to see this one was still there on my way to the doctor. I stopped there on the way home for carryout. I'm sorry, but I have to admit I was kind of disappointed. Just not as good as it used to be. The creamed spinach didn't seem to have much of the "cream" like it used to have. It was more like it had just been warmed up from a can, so it was a good thing that I like spinach. The other sides (I got the veggie plate) were okay, but not as good as I remember. I did expect the prices to be higher, but not almost double what it was the last time I got something there. To be fair, that has been a while.The next time my husband and I are over in that area, we will have to try the pot pies before I write Boston Market off. I'm hoping I don't have to do that because I always liked it before.

The restaurant looked deserted. The staff were nice. The food has changed significantly. Very ( very) bland. I ordered the rotisserie chicken, cream spinach, and rice. My M-I-L ordered rotisserie chicken corn and broccoli. All of it taste like they forgot to use seasoning. I tasted no salt, butter, Olive oil, Lawry's, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder...you get it. IDK if it was just the Hulen location or all, but you've been warned.
Out of fries. Out of brownies. Both soda machines broke. Food was cold. This used to be a good place for lunch.

Terrible. This restaurant has really gone downhill. The chicken was dry, the spinach does not taste the same, the broccoli was limp and may as well been a smoothie. They have no options for sugar free sweetener for unsweetened tea. They now use cheap Styrofoam rather than the plastic BPA free container that keeps the chicken hot. The bags no longer have their name on it AND they've gone way up in price. When I arrived at the drive thru they had no menu, I thought they had possibly shut down. I then noticed a sign that states they have gone up in price, yet it did not display how much. Never returning because the food is no longer worth it, it's gross. If the food were the same and was amazing, then the price hike and weird packaging would be worth it. No thanks.

I arrived at this location at 8:00pm and placed my order at 8:01. When ordering the rotisserie half chicken I was told that there weren’t anymore. The employee working the window paused to go and check and then corrected his original statement and stated they did in fact have some rotisserie chicken. I was ecstatic to complete my order. After driving to the window I was flabbergasted to learn prices had gone up! Nevertheless I paid for my food and proceeded home to enjoy my what I thought was going to be a delicious meal. After opening my plastic bag to remove my to-go items, I realized there wasn’t any cornbread!! Then after tasting the COLD food I discovered, the chicken was moister less, bone dry, dehydrated, all the above! I feel very disrespected for spending my hard earned to be rewarded with slap in the face. Do not recommend. Would not recommend.
I DONT EVEN WANT TO LEAVE A STAR, BUT I HAVE TOWe were standing at the counter ready to order and the girl just walked to the back! Didn't say a word just left us there! So we left. So very disappointing. It use to be a good place. We are still in shock. Guess we know now why the place was empty!

I have always loved eating at Boston Market, but TODAY...the food was completely disappointing. The chicken was so dry that the fork couldn't pierce it. You can see where the feathers on the leg near the base had been. The mac and cheese was soupy. The spinach was salty and looked like it was gelatine. I am so unhappy and I live too far to take it back. Just disgusted at this point because I was really hungry...$15 waisted.

I had picked up an online order of mashed potatoes creamy spinach and corn bread the m potato was bad and spinach had to much salt and corn bread was very dry it seems like Boston market has gone down the drain , will never visit this location.

The whole meal was absolute trash! Our company ordered a few plates and none of them were even "ok"! For the price we were expecting a great meal but we were wrong! It was cold! They didn't have the rotisserie chicken nuggets so I chose Shredded rotisserie chicken and got an unseasoned boiled chicken breast. All the sauce and gravy was terrible! The chicken noodle soup tasted like sink water. Not sure what the meat loaf was made of??! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
