If you want to sit for 10-20 minutes for food while others get theirs whey they sit down this is the place. When we were asked if we needed a minute it turned into 10 of waiting for the server to come back. As we got our food we were checked on 2 times. There are at least 10 employees walking around doing whatever they please while we just sit there looking lost wanting to leave. The only “working” person was a busser/food runner. I don’t think I’ll be back unless it turns...
This place is kinda the perfect example of the average American restaurant experience. The food is generally slightly overpriced for what you get although it is decent food. My biggest problem with this place is the terribly slow service especially given how small this place is, if they added a couple more staff to speed up the service I think I could increase my rating but for now just expect to be here for a hour - hour and a half plus
This is not the first time this has happened so I wanted to write this review. The bag was for pick up. Signed that it was checked and everything was in there. The veggie boat that I went out of my way to order even though it should be included in the order anyways as pictured on the app, I ordered it seperate to make sure I get it in my order because it is always forgotten.
