Horrible! We got the wrong stuff on our burgers and after waiting over 15 minutes at the window i was asked what i was waiting for... when i said “my food” it was given to me and so cold the cheese didn’t even melt onto the burger... there’s no way it was freshly made. Tried to call them for a refund...no answer. We won’t be returning 🤢
The service is terrible. I received the wrong burger and tried to exchange it for the correct burger. The cashier took a long time trying to figure out how to refund the $3. It was so long that I just purchased another burger. This is not the first issue but I thought I’d say something after having a conversation with the Uber Eats driver who mentioned they are going to start refusing orders from this location b/c of the terrible service.
