Our 2nd time we picked up philly cheese steaks to go… oh my.. disappointed in those.. it was all cheese, onions, peppers and mushrooms… barely any meat.. cause it was so thinly sliced!! Growing up in Philadelphia, PA… I was very disappointed in their cheese steaks!!! They need more meat! We definitely wouldn’t recommend those! Stick with their burgers!!!“

They brought our food out to us even though they have a pick up window, and made sure to bring us condiments! The burgers were 10/10 and the fries are fresh and homemade! My husband is a big foodie and said they truly are one of the best burgers he’s ever had!“

“We stopped in for a quick bite and were greeted right away, which was a great start. Our server was on point and friendly, efficient, and quick with our drinks and food order. My husband wasn't thrilled with his meal. He said the fries were cold and a bit stale, and the shrimp tasted like it had been previously frozen and was rubbery. The fish, however, was decent and cooked well. I, on the other hand, really enjoyed my Shroom burger with a vegan patty. The bun was soft and delicious. Everything came out promptly, and overall, I thought it was a solid experience. Even though my husband's meal wasn't good to him, we both agreed it's worth him giving another shot. And honestly, I'll be back... with or without him! I love water so being on the lake was nice. And the interior definitely feels like a a restaurant ups find on any lake. Love it.“

“Had a wonderful breakfast here this morning Sunday May 26, the staff was 🤩 amazing service was definitely an A+. I ordered the Mi Amigo Omelette with hash browns and sourdough toast😏 Delicious 🤤 coffee was on point very good. The atmosphere was good as well. Pricing was decent spent about $50 meals were around $10/$15 range and found something really good to add to our orders. The Hot Sauce was the best! Bought two bottles to take home and will most likely need more😁 in time. We came from Springfield, Mo and it definitely made us feel like home. Thank you and we will be back next trip😉“

“This is not a fancy burger, but they have several options for toppings and sides. Burgers were fresh and fries were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside like i like them. I did order chili cheese fries, and they brought the chili and cheese in separate cups on the side which turned out great, though it's very basic cheese and chili. Good bun and the veggies were very fresh. Friendly staff. Would definitely go back.“

“My stay was on Tues. Feb10th. Eric provided wonderful service in the dining room at Fifth & Commerce. The chef brought my food out to the table, complete with a skillet of melted cheese to top off my pasta & chicken. I had a very nice experience. Eric was professional and attentive.“

And when someone screws up and can’t apologize, not sure we will be back. Involved the manager and still no remorse really. Disappointing. So, I recommend the food but the wait staff needs improvement.“

“Went to the Keller location today, loved the concept and that they have gluten free options however disappointed that the only vegetarian burger was black bean. In 2023, vegetarians expect a plant based meat option like Impossible Burger or Beyond Burger. Black bean doesn’t have the consistency and doesn’t hold together well on a hamburger bun. The gluten free onion rings were good however they weren’t as crispy as they appeared in the poster behind the register.“

There is a great selection of sides to go with your delicious burger (and Maggie recommended to me, fried okra. There are 24+ screens to watch a variety of games from many sports with current music playing throughout. You need to check out the Game-room after you eat. I highly recommend and will be back. “I don't go to a lot of burger places anymore because of my health but this place was fantastic. This totally blows Burger King or McDonald's out of the water completely. The burgers were very juicy and delicious, the fries were cooked to Golden Brown perfection and the staff was super fast and very nice. They greeted us when we came in and stopped by to check on us. Definitely better than any regular fast food place. I can't wait to come back and try something else.“

“The service was awful. Had a gift card issued from Red Robins and the manager could not get the card to work. The waitress grabbed my bag of food and took it to the back. As if I was going to steal the food. I offered to pay for the food after about fifteen minutes of trying but, the manager insisted on getting the card to work. I called customer relations and asked for assistance. They could not help me but, said they could see the gift card in the app. After about 45 minutes of waiting I left because the food was cold and I was frustrated over the entire ordeal. This Red Robins was in Hurst, Texas near the mall. Won't be going back there no time soon after that type of treatment I received.“
