Went to the Keller location today, loved the concept and that they have gluten free options however disappointed that the only vegetarian burger was black bean. In 2023, vegetarians expect a plant based meat option like Impossible Burger or Beyond Burger. Black bean doesn’t have the consistency and doesn’t hold together well on a hamburger bun. The gluten free onion rings were good however they weren’t as crispy as they appeared in the poster behind the register.

I really enjoy Hat Creek for their many gluten free options, especially their buns (they are so soft and best I’ve had at a fast food restaurant) However, I went tonight because I was really wanting a GF cheeseburger. I don’t know why they changed breads because this time it was super dry and I ended up having to take the top bun off just to eat my burger. Awful. Very disappointed. Guess now I’ll have to stick to just the nuggets..
