Had an excellent encounter with the staff! Online app wasn’t working as I had a gift card and they tried to figure it out why it wasn’t working. They took care of it and offered a solution to the problem! Also just live cava the food is fantastic!

I just ordered from this location via Uber Eats—opened my Spicy Greens salad & baby flies whom still had their maggot shapes were flying around the bowl. Called to advise the location of wat occurred (dealt w/ UE on the actual issue) & spoke with Manager Brittany who was more concerned with defending the store rather than even offering a sincere apology. I had to mention an apology to her in which she replied “I thought I said I’m sorry abt xyz”.
