I think this place has the potential of being good. However, my issue is with how hard the rice is. I've spoken with the management regarding this concern. Now, I wouldn't be bothered, but I experienced this is 2 different locations.

Cava is a great place for fresh, healthy and fast food. One of the few places where one can find good lamb as well as other meats. The veggies and falafel are great too!
I don’t really know what’s going on here at the Cava but it must be a terrible place to work because no one that works here is friendly, welcoming, or has good energy. No one looks like they remotely enjoy this place, and make sure the customers don’t enjoy it either. The inside is dirty, tables unclean, and food bar looks yummy but you come off with such bad vibes you don’t even want to eat the overpriced arugula and total of 3 roasted veggies they charge you extra for. I don’t mind paying for anything I order — but my goodness the employees make it painfully obvious they are miserable here. And they think it’s cute to make comments about customers walking by and ask their manager if they can refuse service because they simply don’t like a customer, to which the manager said, yes they could. I always have a negative experience at Cava and thought that maybe it had changed because I haven’t been here in a while. No, it’s still pretty disappointing. This visit was today. 5:30 pm.

Been several times now and have had the same experience. Your employees are not happy! Not sure what’s going on but this Cava has the worst customer service! Nothing like paying for your food to be served like it’s slop in a cafeteria from a person with the worst attitude.
