THE WORST chick fil a in all of DFW. Staff are rude and the chicken is always THE WORST QUALITY. no one says thank you or even have a nice day. I try to give it chance after chance but I’d rather drive 25 min now to the one on Montgomery plaza. THAT one is worth it. This location should shut down.
Went through the drive thru. Had to come back because they left off 2 Mac and cheese and chicken nuggets. As I was waiting the boy in the window was talking poorly about me to other customers like it was my fault they didn’t give me all my food. Then someone brought it out and they still left off the chicken. I will not be back. It’s one thing to mess up 3 time. It’s another to treat customers poorly.
Got double charged in the app for over 50 bucks. Was told I couldn’t get a refund I would have to call because the app didn’t give a receipt or any indication that I ordered anything. They did get me my order but after all that I’m missing a sandwich and my daughters soup. I keep giving chances but idk anymore
