If it's always good. And the service was okay and little understaffed. Atmosphere, well it's a typical 🙄 Chicken Express
I know that inflation has everything high. However, The price difference for a four-tender and a seven-tender is extremely ridiculous. $12 for four tenders and almost $20 for seven tenders. and all you are getting is three extra tenders. I’m not sure what math they use to determine the seven tender price, but that’s extreme.
My husband and I are thrilled that the hot wings are back!! The restaurant was clean and the service was good.

Chicken Express occasionally experiences delays due to staff training or unexpected rushes, but they strive to rectify any issues. The restaurant is known for its good service and hot food, including chicken, fried pickles, and a generous portion of tenders. However, tenders can sometimes be dry. Customers have noted issues with rude service and a refusal to accept a $100 bill. There can be waits for fresh fish, and sometimes utensils are not provided with meals like fried fish, mac and cheese, and okra. Despite these issues, the staff are always pleasant and friendly, and the portions are always good. The price for chicken strips is noted as expensive.
