I had the full rack of Ribs with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The food was very good & the young man who helped me was very nice & patient with me deciding what I wanted. I apologize I didn't get his name. He worked with the take out orders. Thank you again sir.
Gave my meal to someone else.
Was notified my to go order was ready. Checked in via the link, sat outside for 15 minutes, got frustrated went inside to cancel only to be told I had already picked it up....pick up area was empty when I got there so I guess it just grew legs and walked off.
Guess entering the make and model of my car was useless -though food runner supposedly checked that...

Very upsetting to arrive with friends and family. Party of 8 to be put off on service or getting a table for our Birthday celebration for my daughter. We had asked earlier on if they could put our party of 8 sitting 2 tables next to each other. After almost 2 hour wait we had to ask yet again if they couldn’t putting our party two tables near each other so that we could eat. I’ve been to several Chili’s over the last 30 years where I’ve seen them put 2 tables together...read full review
