The texture of the nitrogen ice cream was incredibly smooth and creamy, unlike anything I had tasted before. The flash-freezing process with liquid nitrogen resulted in a velvety consistency that was simply irresistible.
This place has the best ice cream in town! I ordered a DF (dairy free) version with coconut milk ice cream base and cheesecake flavored mixed with almonds and Heath and topped with whipped cream.The coconut milk based ice creams are my personal fave.
