Breonna is the friendliest person I have had contact with in fast food in the past 30 or more years. She was so friendly and helpful with a beautiful smile that radiated her personality. The food was good and unlike most places, the order was correct. I will definitely stop here again.

Above-and-beyond kindness on Labor Day (Mon, 1 September, 2025).

I swung through the drive-thru and ordered three Blizzards (Reese’s + Butterfinger). They were excellent—but what truly stood out was the people. My car died in the line and wouldn’t restart. Instead of getting frustrated, the team stayed calm. An employee offered to jump-start my car, and a gentleman in an Escalade behind me helped push it out of the lane so others could get by.

I went by this location (Basswood off N FWY) to find an Oreo ice cream cake. They had unfortunately had a mishap with their freezer and no Oreo cakes were available. The manager(?), who is apparently fairly new to this location, took my phone number and drove to another location to find me the cake I needed!!! However, the other location was out as well. So, with 30 minutes left until the time I needed the cake Maria Palacios got to work and used what she had to create something...
