I ordered a turkey online. Store manager said it could not be fulfilled because company didn't have anymore turkeys. I called your customer service spoke ta a young man who said he would take care of the problem He called back and left a message. I returned the call he promised to call me back in 10 minutes. He never did.
The store manager offered to cook me a fresh turkey. At this point I haven't many other options so I accepted.

Use to be great now they suck. Prices are crazy, portions are smaller, food not fresh, no free japs/onions etc any more and the smell of cigarette smoking coming from the back office filled the dining room. This is my last time here for sure!!
