My companion and I went to El Pollo Loco for dinner. After we paid for our xhicken meals, Juan mentioned there was a complication. He went above and beyond to resolve the matter, and he made sure we had a wonderful dining experience. BTW, the food was cooked to perfection Thank you, Juan!

El Pollo Loco's friendly and encouraging server helped me with Gluten-free options, a good meal at a reasonable price. The location is on the east side of Presidio Crossing away from the heavy traffic, making it an easier location for parking, too. Moist and delicious Tacos al Carbon on fresh corn tortillas with cilantro is perfect after a very hot day. I have enjoyed the salads with a careful look at ingredients, made to my needs. They have a nutritional chart at the register...
