All of these stores seem to be very location specific when it comes to quality. This branch is aggressively mediocre. I've had some El Pollo that was absolute fire and this place was just average with the same above average prices. Chicken was good but the portions offered were very small. My burrito was full of just about everything but chicken. I was not stoked and won't be returning to this location again.

Cashier was friendly with a smile gave great service. The food was delicious the chicken was seasoned well juicy. Charro beans were excellent. Overall a great experience at Pollo Loco.

Also the service was excellent
Lane was the cashier and explained the menu to us since it was our first time here. Highly recommend 👌
