I love potbelly food. It always feels like im getting good quality stuff. Unfortunately their time management needs a lot of work at this location. My pick up time was 4:34pm. I walked out at 4:57pm. I understand being busy but a 30min delay id expect a decent establishment to offer some sort of compensation, or even an apology. I received neither.

Delicious and great service in the drive through
The customer service here is always something I dread. I come here often but they're consistently getting my order wrong and if someone smiles at me, it's surprising. If you're doing drive-thru, don't leave until you've checked your bag. You're more than likely driving away with someone else's sandwich.

Potbelly is a chill place that serves great sandwiches with excellent customer service. The bread is always fresh, and the sandwiches are super tasty. The staff are wonderful to work with, making phone ordering and catering a breeze. They also go above and beyond to make things right if there's an issue with an order. Try the Chicken-club and Mediterranean-veg sandwiches, which are awesome and even preferred over Jersey Mike's. With consistently good experiences across multiple locations, Potbelly is a great spot to check out.
