The quality has changed! HotDamn Tamales are a family tradition and this was 4th year of ordering and it will be my last. Quality has totally gone downhill. Tamales are much smaller than in years past. Now they arrive in plastic bags that instruct you to boil in thebag versus traditional steaming. 2 bags leaked and the water destroyed the tamales. Of the 6 other bags, 2 tamales were rock hard. No one raved about the taste of the others..unlike years past (beef, pork, chicken/cheese)....read full review
1st good tamales, 2nd wonderful staff and 3rd they really appreciate their customers. They had a terrible situation over Christmas, with shipment, weather, raw products, then a sad family event really overall tough time. Bottomline: my recipients were we're all over joyed and the delay in shipping proved perfect timing.
