Jack in the Box opened a new location just down the road from the old downtown Keller spot. The drive‑through is smooth and the staff is friendly. Customers say the food is good and typical fast food comfort food. The place is clean and nice to eat inside if you aren’t in a rush. Many people use the delivery service and say it is fast and easy. The service is always great and the food is good. A young lady at the counter is professional, and when a small mistake happened the older supervisor fixed it fast and pleasantly. The meat love burritos were outstanding; one person ate two and barely finished one. The presentation is a 5 star, and customer service is 100 percent. The new location is highly lucky to have a dedicated and attentive worker who goes above and beyond. Overall, Jack in the Box offers good food, friendly service, and convenient location for a quick meal.
