This is one of the worst McAlister's I've ever been to. They serve disgusting & old bread, they mess up the simpliest orders, they have terrible customer service, and they mock and laugh at their customers in front of them. We will not be going back. I can't believe that they are still in business. Shocking.

I placed an online order for curbside pickup tonight. I showed up to pick it up at exactly the time stated it would be ready and clicked the “I’m here” button in my confirmation email. The associate came out carrying a bag much too small to contain my order for my family of five and told me that y’all were out of chili and to see if there was anything I wanted instead.
