Mexican Inn Cafe is a great place to eat and relax, offering a welcoming atmosphere and hospitality from the staff. The homemade chips and tortillas were great to snack on. The food is consistently good and delicious, with a good variety on the lunch menu that was reasonably priced. The drinks are also fantastic, making it a great spot to unwind. The wait staff were very friendly, accommodating, helpful, and pleasant, with one server being particularly sweet and friendly. The brisket enchiladas were delicious, and the salsa is some of the best. The management is accommodating, ensuring a pleasant dining experience that keeps customers coming back. It is good mostly in that its right at the door, with a gentle slope to climb into the restaurant.
