Placed an order online about 2 hours ago. I have an order number but never received the confirmation email. Called customer service and I verified that the charge went through on my credit card but the order is NOT on the system!
After 45 minutes on the phone the only thing they can do is for me to wait 24 hours to see if the order goes through or the charge is released in the case that the order still not show up on the system …really? I did everything the way I supposed...read full review
