After years not eating at a Panchos decided that i wanted to go and have a meal. First issues is that the serving line needed more help. Some of the food was lets say nothing you would want to speak about. Customer service at the table was basically not there. My friend had to go and get a refill on her own for water and was not ever checked on but again we didnt raise our flag. Now to end this experience the bathrooms needed a good cleaning. I love Pancho’s. We went today because my daddy passed away a year ago and he was my Pancho’s buddy so my family took me in remembrance of him. It was literally the worst Pancho’s experience I’ve had in over 40 years. I told my family they didn’t have to worry about taking one for the team so I can have Pancho’s, today finally ruined it for me.
