I ordered online through the app went to the drive-through to pick it up, thinking it would be quicker. I was told that my order wasn’t there even though I had received a text saying that my order was ready. Both times I’ve put a pick up order online, I’ve still had to wait over 20 minutes after the estimated time they gave me to come pick it up—and the workers were very unfriendly and not accommodating about the extra 20 minute wait. I even asked for a cup of water while I waited and the young lady seemed annoyed that I asked for that. Who’s to say, though.
