Overall experience at this location was excellent!!!! Went in for the meat lovers and pepperoni lovers pizza melts. Loved how it was crispy on top but soft on bottom and filled with cooked with perfection mouth watering 😋 ingredients. Also costumer services was great, as me and the family 👪 walked in we were greeted with a greeting of how are we doing and if we could be helped with anything. Called and order a pizza two hours ago.
We tried calling multiple times to find out where it was since it was an hour late and we have 3 hungry children that keep asking. Every time we called we waited on hold for about 5 minutes before someone answering and just hanging up. When my husband finally got through we were informed it would be ANOTHER hour until we got a pizza but it would be “hot and fresh when it arrived” (stuff happens, we get that. Tonight was a total fail. I always order carryout because its faster and cheaper. I waited about 50 minutes in the store. The counter girl didn't bother to tell me that all orders were behind until after she collected my money. The employees had no clue what they were doing. No carryout orders were being delivered.
