“What can I say? Besides it’s not your Aunties Pretzels. Been a long time Aunt Annie’s fan but Ben’s is doing a great job of converting me. Had the pretzel dogs, lemonade and cinnamon rolls. Out of the park! Staff are super friendly, you could tell they were busy on a Saturday afternoon but it was all smiles. Will be going there way too often.“

“I love to stop by and grab a quick snack at auntie Anne’s! They have amazing customer service and employees are trained to perfection. This place has made a drastic improvement since I last visited. “I live in the Pacific Northwest, so I'm used to Auntie Ann's pretzels. By comparison - these are less sweet, and a little more tender. I'm not sure which I'd say is better, they're just different. This location had a bunch of oil on the counter right next to the food, and the menu is only right in front of the register so I wasn't able to review it when I got in, since there were people ahead of me in line, standing right in front of the menu.“

“The gentleman working on Dec17th at approximately 4 pm deserves a raise. He was by himself..taking orders, making items & did it without getting frustrated. If he was out of something he offered to make it fresh even though the line was growing. He had work ethic you don’t see often.
A big THANK YOU to him ! Our wait for one plain pretzel & one with salt was worth it! We will be back & hope to see him again!

“Came in today ordered the two regular pretzels and got two drinks the strawberry mango and a strawberry whirl. Food was made fresh and tasted SO good! I’m so happy I don’t have to go to the mall to enjoy a soft pretzel and some smoothies! This was a whole lot better than the mall. 👍🏼“
