Fish was delicious, seasoned well and cooked to perfection, buttttttt...I wasn't expecting such small catfish filets. They actually looked like 1 whole filet that may have been cut in half. Also,the fries were freshly cooked and hot. I wish they had asked, though if I wanted seasoning on them. I prefer salt and pepper only. Overall, I'd go back.
At first glance this restaurant has no curb appeal inside and/or out, you might question eating here at first. However, I must say I was pleasantly pleased with the food and the service. You have to order through a wall with a tiny window, but hey I get it. This restaurant is not in one of the best areas of Fort Worth so be mindful. The catfish was cooked kind of light. It feel apart as soon as you picked it up. She should have cooked it another 2 minutes. The seasoning was good, kind of pricey for the small sizes you receive. The fillets are strips, and it is not equal to the price. Even though this location is in the hood, the cooking is not. They need some Black cooks who know how to cook fish. Right now it is a hispanic place in the hood.
