Food and service were both excellent. Cory took great care of us and steaks were perfect, as usual.
We attended the Moët Chandon event and it was wonderful. Good good and wine and the atmosphere was good. We wound attend another wine event in the future.
The Mönet Chandon pairing dinner was fantastic The food was about as good as it could get and the lobster was perfect I learned a lot from the representative for Monet and 1 3rd Pl. in the raffle yay
Based on previous experience this was by far the worst with quality of food. The wait staff was nice but did not refill our drinks. Would not go back again.
Overall good experience except for my medium rare steak was medium well, I can't imagine a steak restaurant making that kind of mistake
Jewels was an amazing server! Excellent service Not too many vegetarian options esp for folks with gluten allergies Overall wonderful experience
My company was hosting a 3 day training event in the Hilton attached to this location. We had a party of 8. I want to start by saying the food was great. Service at the table was very slow especially at check out. My main issue was when we entered, all was well and good but my colleague had a baseball cap on. Crystal the hostess asked him to remove his hat. He did. We have gone to many Ruth's Chris all over this country and he has never been asked to take his hat off. But he did. Just for us to walk to our table and see 2 cowboys wearing cowboy hats and another with a baseball cap on. Keep in mind all those sitting with hats are white men and my colleague happens to be black. I as a white man took offense. When I questioned the management staff as to why my friend was asked but they were OK with the others wearing them. I was told cowboy hats are ok Lol. I thought you are supposed to take your hat off at the table. What a joke. But whatever we are in TX.
That make complete no sense, right??? Then she said they would ask the white guy with the base ball cap to remove it. That never happened. Matter of fact the manger walked over and closed out their check. My issue is if you have policy make sure everyone is enforced. Crystal needs some retraining on policy adherence. This was racial profiling. A black man wearing a NY Yankees cap was picked out. If one person has to take his hate off EVERYONE does. I guess things don't change. Do better. One hat off, all hats off.
I’m generally not the type to leave a negative review but after my most recent visit, I’m not sure if I’ll be back to the Fort Worth location, at least not in the bar. I was very disappointed with the service and being made to feel as if I was an inconvenience. I arrived at the bar and patiently waited to be greeted. It wasn’t busy but apparently the gentleman prioritizes chatting with his female coworkers and only making drinks for the restaurant. I was finally acknowledged, and instead of a “hi how are you” I was asked if I was over 21 and hadn’t even ordered a drink yet. Mind you, I’m 26years old. He then explained how you have to be 21 or older to sit anywhere in the bar area and tried to joke it off. After I assured him my age I ordered a blueberry mojito. You can tell things were a bit awkward which I’m assuming is why he kept reiterating how good his drinks were. Waited another chunk of time even though, once again, was not busy. When I finally got my drink, it had more leaf and stem than actual liquid I kid you not. Not really sure where he learned to make drinks but this was not it. I wasn’t trying to be rude so I didn’t send it back. I ordered my meal, he forgets to put my salad in apparently, but blamed it on the kitchen. Offers to take care of my drink. Get the bill, drink is still on there. At this point I’m just annoyed with everything and bring it up. He finally takes it off and then avoids me until I finally wave him down. I remember when Ruth’s Chris used to have a high standard and veteran bartenders behind the bar. Not sure what happened to that but hopefully they figure it out.
The customer service wad great! The steak was ok. What is disappointing is I ordered where you get a salad then a main course then dessert. When he offer me the dessert I politely said no and then he said I will get u something else so I said ok. When I got my bill I was charge for that dessert that I thought was included. Kinda disappointed that I wasnt told I would have to pay a fee to do a different item.
It was amazing.

Food is amazing and the staff is awesome! The Creme Brulee is the best I ever had.
Hostess was great!
Server was slow, needed drink refills and wasn’t around enough/ checking in
Steak and chicken dishes were good, but the gratin potatoes at best were slightly warm :(
Everything tasted great
As always it was a great experience, however Mike took the service to a whole new level! This is our favorite place for special occasions and our first time for Easter and will be a new tradition. Thanks again to Mike for making the whole experience better than ever.
We have been a customer of Ruth Chris since 1985. We have enjoyed their great steaks for 40 years at many of their locations. The Ft. Worth location is one of the best.
