Wow had a very unpleasant experience here. I had asked for an iced vanilla latte in the drive thru. Pulled up to pay and man asked me if I wanted hot or iced. I said iced. He came out with a hot one. I was gracious and said “oh sorry I said iced” and he said “thats why I was asking if you wanted hot or ice” and I said “oh I did say iced, sorry for any confusion” and he looked at me with an attitude and didn’t say a word. This location doesn’t have a welcoming atmosphere. I wasn’t greeted like i have at other locations and they helped a customer who walked in minutes after i had been standing waiting to be helped. It could have been a wacky day for them but they can do better
I live 1 minute from this Starbucks and it’s a shame this location is consistently slow and rude. Quite often, I stop before work (5AM) and I’m the only car there, but then they seem confused when they are “looking” for my order. It’s seldom when employees are nice. More than half the time I feel like an inconvenience. And to top it off, I’ve waited 15 minutes + for a drink that I order ahead of time. I actually avoid trying to stop at this...read full review
