This place is really going down as far as the environment and ninety percent of the time, the customer service is whack. My most recent visit was to the Seminary and I-35 location in Fort Worth, Texas. On the evening shift there are "men" working that are just plain short on customer service skills and have absolutely NO evidence of any type of quality social skills to be working a customer service type of position. I have been a customer of the store for a long time and for some time an employee named Yuly started working and her treatment is very special compared to that of other workers when she works the service is better and more efficient

I get the same thing each time I go. It is pretty consistent but sometimes the quality isn't great or they cut the meat wrong. Also a but pricey for a fast food place, but it is comfort food and I'm always down for that. Not a place I dine in though.
