Taco Cabana Reviews
Do not visit Taco Cabana. I visited a location on Camp Bowie amidst of getting my tire changed at Tire discounters. I shared it with the kitchen staff and they agreed that it was tough and one of them even said the steak was even cut wrong. They offered a refund which I agreed to. I have been on the phone for about 15 minutes now after them answering and setting the phone down. Taco Cabana is a convenient drive-through restaurant with friendly staff and quick service. Although the ingredients may be basic, the food is well-prepared and clean. The menu options, such as the 3 street tacos, may not offer the best value, but the restaurant's cleanliness and team friendliness make it a decent choice.
The ground beef cheese enchiladas can be hit or miss, with some locations serving up tasty versions while others fall short. The tortillas and cheese sauce can be inconsistent, with some complaints of tough, chewy tortillas and a gritty, powdery cheese sauce.
The young African American woman at the window has been praised for her excellent customer service, with one customer describing her as "super accommodating and polite." Another customer, a former hospital CEO, was particularly impressed by her "positive, uplifting, and professional" attitude, suggesting she be considered for a promotion.
Additionally, a customer who ordered a large fajita order had a positive experience, with the food being hot and fresh, and the employee Frankie ensuring that everything was included with the order and maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
