this is an awesome store! you can come in and smell everything and everyone is so helpful especially Trein!
Found all the spices that I usually buy from them. I also purchased a couple of new ones. The store was clean and the clerk was friendly and helpful.
I like the idea, the merchandise as well!
I was impressed, and overwhelmed!
This place deserves a 5, however, the customer service is a little subpar.
I was a first time customers, my questions were rushed, ignored.
I get it, this is a busy place, and expensive too! Which is understandable, I need to know what I am spending my money on, and details!
Amazing selection!
Customer service was A1! The young lady who assisted me was very helpful professional and new her products. Will be returning.
GREAT little shop with TONS to choose from! Something for EVERY taste!
Extremely knowledgeable staff they can answer nearly any question about tea! You get what you pay for high quality goods and services. Fantastic little shop.
First timer. I enjoyed this place very much being a tea fanatic and spice lover. I bought more than I planned! I sampled their Texas Sweet Tea and Peach tea, both were very good BUT their Berry Bouquet Herbal Tea was amazing. It's steeped in cranberry juice. I enjoyed that sample so much I bought a large to go!
Racist vibes.. do not recommend. Me and my family went to visit on July 6, 2025 around 5:15pm. We walked in no one spoke to us at all. We gave it a minute we walked around the store to see if someone would help us and no one ever did. A couple walks in (white) and were greeted with smiles and a happy tone. We immediately left it was very disheartening because me and my husband loveeeee TEA and we would have spent a good amount of money there but immediately left after we realized we were not welcomed in that store. Sooo please do not spend your money with them!
I feel like I got ripped off. I bought a mesh scissor infuser at the shop for $9. I went on there website and they are selling one for $6. I also bought two 2 oz. bags of tea for $16 each. When I got home I put the tea in the infuser and the tea leaves came right through. For spending $40 on what I did I expect as the customer not to have low quality junk and pay top dollar for it. I'm disappointed and wont be returning.

I loved it
The place is cute but the customer service needs improvement. The lady with glasses and black long hair doesn't have the best attitude. 11/02/2024
Super fun experience. It’s a unique shop sandwiched in between cowboy tourist traps in the middle of the Stockyards in Fort Worth!
Spices and teas. Decent selection.
Beautiful place! The gentleman that showed us around was very kind and informative. Made us feel welcome. He suggested some good salts and sugars. I’m excellent to try everything I got. There no over powering scent when you walk in that’s a plus. You can get a scent of everything individually.
