The Wendy's location off of North Tarrant Parkway in Fort Worth, Texas has provided me the absolute worst service I have ever experienced in fast food. I placed an order through the Wendy's mobile application and I've had it delivered. The delivery service was through doordash. The nastiest Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Place never looks or smells clean. Sat there and watch them fixed a messed up order by scraping off the fixings of a chicken sandwich. Then wrapped it up and out the drive through window. The staff is very rude!
Probably the worst lunch decision ever. I’d rather be at McDonald’s. Half Cooked food. EmployeEs have no idea what they even have at the location. Don’t know how to take the order. The manager instead of giving a lady money back she said can i just get you a frosty or something. I don’t wanna give you money back �
