Everyone working there was amazing, especially our waitress Leslie! I the grilled cheese-let me say that it was one of the top 5 that I’ve had! My friends had a burger and club, and it was just as great!
My wife and I went here to celebrate our anniversary, food and service was amazing.
Update: Spoke to the manager who was absolutely wonderful and really made me feel comfortable to share my experience. I appreciated the sincerity. Went back to the restaurant and enjoyed a meal with my son this evening, great experience this time. Food was ok and the service was amazing this time.

Located in downtown Fort Worth, West+Stone Restaurant is a little hidden gem inside the Sheraton. The food is amazing, with well flavored, perfectly cooked steak frites with crispy fries and a tender porkchop that cuts with a butter knife. The spinach salad with salmon comes highly recommended, and the chocolate mouse cake is a great end to the meal. The menu is small but has something for every appetite, including two steaks, hand helds, flatbreads, and salads. The staff is very kind and on the ball, with attentive service that checks in just enough. The African American hostess is wonderful, noticing small things like offering a window seat. The manager is absolutely wonderful and sincere. The bar is the best in downtown, with staff always smiling and doing an awesome job. The fresh, contemporary ambiance has comfy seating, a full bar, and a perfect price point—a bill for four with entrees and drinks was less than $150. Valet parking at the Sheraton is free under two hours. While one experience noted being rushed to pay, the overall experience is excellent for a date night that won’t break the bank.
