Imagine ordering online, and when you get there it takes over 10mins to finally come out, then when you open your bag, the employees forget to give you the whole thing. This has been my experience 2 times now at this Whataburger. It's like they're in there glancing at the order and just going off what they THINK they saw then delivering poor results. Waiting 30 minutes when it’s only 3 cars in the drive thru line is insane. And only 2 customers were inside. I seen ppl standing around doing nothing while I wait for Lukewarm food. At least make sure my food is HOT if I have to wait over 30 minutes.
