Our food was good. I hate to leave a bad review when the food was good but our service was very poor. Our server was just stretched way too thin.

Moderate lunch price, very tasty.

After her dance recital, my little 8 y/o girl wanted a steakhouse but it was late and most were closed so she picked Bella Sera because it was close.
I was skeptical.
She has chicken fettuccini and her brother got shrimp scampi and I got calamari.
We sat outside to enjoy the early evening warmth.
WOW!! AMAZING!!!
We can generally cook at home better than most restaurants but this was awesome. Of course we tried at home and failed.
We will definately be back!!!

Really good! I split the pasta combo plate with my daughter and it was plenty of food for us both.

Great food, and the restaurant staff were kind and quick.

The food was absolutely amazing, friendly service. The fried calamari is some of the best I've had, their pizza had great under carriage with a really good sauce and the Bella Sera chick was so good.

Came in late last night to pick up an order and was initially impressed by how friendly the two servers were. We were greeted with smiles and great customer service. Unfortunately, the atmosphere changed once additional orders started coming in. The cook appeared visibly frustrated, rolling his eyes and showing attitude whenever another ticket was added.

When my order came out, the female server kindly double-checked everything and realized an item was missing. She informed the cook, and instead of calmly resolving the issue, he became even more upset. The male server explained that another waitress had accidentally left the item off the written order, but the cook still reacted negatively while the female server tried to explain the situation.

I genuinely felt bad for the servers because they were doing their best to stay professional and helpful in what seemed like a very tense work environment. After witnessing that interaction, the “Now Hiring Servers” sign on the door made a lot more sense.

This place does NOT serve AUTHENTIC Italian food. It closer to the fast food chain Fazoli’s. The moment we walked in I started getting nervous then the salad came and I knew it was over. We had ordered the Chicken Marsala and the Carbonara. The Marsala was so runny it didn’t even stick to the pasta. You can tell the chicken was prepackaged frozen chicken. It had the essence of Marsala but it was just not there. The Carbonara was not carbonara, it was “Alfredo”. It was so bland. I had to add so much “Parmesan” cheese, salt , and pepper to make it taste like something. The server was friendly though.

We had Chicken Alfredo side salads and Salmon Piccata. Absolutely delicious. The rolls are great. Great service, nice atmosphere. Waiter was very nice and service was prompt. We'll eat here again

Friendly staff, tasty bread, all the items we have tried are good. The eggplant parmesan is outstanding.
