I thought that I was special, but I noticed that every table Lite Up when she came to them. Children were hugging her and adults were laughing and having a great time. “Whiskey Cake never fails. Once again the recommendations from our waiter Christian were absolutely wonderful. We feel like family when we are visiting from North Carolina. He always makes us feel so welcomed. Shout out to Stephanie and Haley for taking the time to say hello. Missed seeing Margaret but I'm sure we will see her before we have to head home. Absolutely recommend this awesome place and staff to everyone.“

“1st time visitor, I placed my order to go via phone. The customer service was on point. It was Saturday afternoon. There was a gathering of men watching the games and discussing the Texans. Loved seeing the fellowship likely from the barbershop next door. The food was delicious! The only reason I didn't give all 5 stars was because I didn't get any condiments napkins or flatware. I ordered the trio basket and added extra catfish. The fish was seasoned well. The sweet chili wings were delicious 😋 I highly recommend them. The eggrolls and bonding balls were excellent just wish there was sauce, or condiments. They have various daiquiri options if you like them.“

“My husband and I had date night tonight and decided to go to one of our fav spots, again. We've been going to Brandani's for almost 10 years. As always...our experience was superb, so I am taking a moment to give a review:). We're ALWAYS happy. The staff is top notch, the menu is consistently delish, we love the atmosphere, and it's a sweet bonus to be greeted by the Brandani's themselves. Whenever we find ourselves free to have a date night we can always rely on Brandani's for a lovely evening. Well, I somehow bumped my glass of red wine and it splattered all over my face and shirt tonight...but because the Brandani staff is so wonderful and we feel at home, it was easy to laugh off and continue to enjoy our evening together. “The experience was Phenomenal. I hadn't been to this location in a very long time so I found the food rather bland. The Mac and cheese was very very very runny. The fried fish was dry and just as bland and the fried okra was undercooked. Portion wise they do dish out large Portions which makes the money spent well worth it.

However, the Service was truly Awesome. The Young Man that was our table server was (Avery) and he proved himself to be a Very Remarkable Person. Very attentive. Very Professional. Very Well Polished. It was as though he made it his Personal Mission to go above and beyond ALL that was expected or required to do. I actually watched this Young Man interact with everyone that was in his stations/zones. I watched him escort and carry Ppls trays to their table and help them settle in as well.

I'm Very Big on Customer Service and this Young Man was CS wrapped in a Beautiful Bow. He has a Smile that could Melt Butter and a Spirit that Oozed over in Kindness. His Personality is the only thing that kept me grounded as to not return my food and ask for some that was fresher or for a return altogether. It was his Brightness that made me tell myself: I can 'doctor' up my meal when I get home.
