“As usual the food was amazing! Rouxpour is one of our favorite places to eat dinner. I had gumbo, and my wife had Atlantic Salmon from the Gluten Free menu. The drinks were great too; an old fashioned, and the blueberry martini. If you go, ask for Suzie, she was very attentive.“

It didn’t look like the itemized receipt was correct from the online order and the bartender, Alexander went straight back to the kitchen to check on our order with the kitchen to make sure it was correct. However they have some food allergies and the lids weren't on the correct bowls. luckily we noticed before they ate any. Its a little mistake and i will still be back but being more careful id recommand. Food and customer service is usually always good though.“

“We celebrated our daughter’s birthday with a big party of 25 people. Yannis was the only server and he was fantastic! Very quick service, hot food, drinks stayed filled, and he was very organized! He really went above for us tonight when I asked about them doing anything for birthdays, he let me know they don’t do that anymore, but that he would love to sing for her. He gave her a huge shout out at the restaurant and had our whole section singing- and brought her a delicious tres leches slice! We will definitely be back to specifically sit in his section!“

“I been to this location a couple of times. The shrimp Alfredo is good. Bread sticks are fresh and good. But the salad is not fresh. Ever time from this location that I have gotten the salad in hopes that it will be good, has been disappointing. The lettuce is wilted and like it's been sitting in the fridge. That the only negative thing I have to say. Everything else is good.“

Robby was definitely a great team member and I am so glad he was our server tonight. He made our first time there such a positive experience. “Mr Craig Newman, operator of the Alvin Chick-Fil-A, appears to be a caring, kind, friendly, and hardworking individual…and his team seems to adore him. I may have caught them on good days, so it could just be coincidence…I don’t think so. Theresa, his Director and right arm, seems to be highly structured and caring towards customers and in support of their team. She keeps the store on course. There have been times where I’ve complimented a team member on her jacket whilst in the the drive through. I told her it — her jacket — looked warm on a frosty day. She replied, “Thank you! My operator (Mr Newman) got it for me and even embroidered my name on it,” as she beamed with pride. The team members here don’t look like they show up just to collect a paycheck. They are invested. That attitude and focus on service comes from the top down. It’s an orderly and friendly restaurant and we’ve always felt welcomed. Great job, Mr Newman! Oh, and did I mention that we don’t even live in Alvin? Our town has a Chick-Fil-A, too. Our local Chick-Fil-A has great food and feels more transactional. Mr Newman’s store has more heart.“

“Went here to celebrate a family members bday. My first time to this one. It was good. The food was good the chef believe he said his name is Joey took care of us. We had a good time. For the price we get fed alot. Food was really good. I had got the one option that allows you to have steak, prepared to my liking with chicken and shrimp and fried rice. I was happy with it. My wife got fish which she thoroughly enjoyed and daughter ate the kids steak plate. We were happy campers after we left“

“An american style italian restaurant chain. Wine card may be the best option if you search something italian. Pasta was "al dente" but thats all italian i found there. No the food wasnt bad only the italian style was not existing, for me. Service was fast and kind full- the restaurant looks and feels like a chain...nothing nice but clean. As european and vegetarian i found something to eat. Was to much...a starter +giant side salad +egg plant /pasta. 2 beer. Around 80 bucks for 2 person. You may get better and nicer in Italy but yes not deep fried...haha.“
