The Cuban Flavor is a restaurant with a nicely designed interior and a quaint atmosphere. The menu may be small, but it features flavorful dishes such as Ropa Vieja empanadas, Arroz con pollo, and a Sandwich Cubano. The empanadas come with a delicious green sauce, and the meal can be accompanied by plantain chips and bread slices with tasty sauces. For dessert, there's a sweet and satisfying Flan. However, the fried food, like tostones, may not stay hot and crispy for take-out orders. The Sandwich Cubano can be improved with a harder outside crust French bread, thinner sliced pork and ham meats, pickles, Swiss cheese, and a pressed style. The drink menu also has appealing options. The service is provided by a new waitstaff member who is doing their best to offer good service.
