The workers there are some of the sweetest people I have ever met. They have amazing customer service skills and never fail to make me happy with my experience. Lorenda is great!
I love Dunkin’ Donuts but this location is the most non-friendly. Every time I go no one seems enthusiastic to be there. This morning I get there to pick up an order and order something else and they told me I must have ordered st the wrong location because it wasn’t there. I pulled up my app and showed my receipt even then it was questioned whether I actually ordered or not by the guy at the window. Clearly states paid on the receipt 🧾 with their address.

I want to give a shout out to Colton Sorrel, the manager from the Preston Store, he is awesome. I called the day before "National Doughnut Day" to place a special order for the residents I work with at The Tradition Prestonwood Senior Living Community. We were celebrating the first doughnuts being made back in 1917 by the Salvation Army. So I ordered 9 dozen on one of his busiest days. He had them ready with a smile and was such a pleasure to deal with. Thank you again Colton!
